SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping and Delivery

Our products are shipped directly from partner warehouses located across Europe and the United States, including Italy, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, and the USA. We ship using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Estimated delivery times after order processing:

  • European Union: 1–3 business days
  • Outside the European Union: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders over €350.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Undelivered or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected or delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a €45 return processing fee will apply. Once the fee has been paid, we will proceed with the refund of the item cost.
