REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. The 14-day return period begins on the date the final item in your order is delivered and includes weekends and public holidays.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@svoraa.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order and place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@svoraa.com.
